Regular Class tests (at least 4) shall be held for every general subject, totaling 100 marks in each subject and at least 2 for each of Compulsory English and Compulsory Bengali/Hindi, totaling 50 marks in each language.

Regular class tests ( at least 4) shall be held for all Honours subjects, totaling 100 marks.

There shall be  a Preparatory examination (comprising of 2 Honours papers and each of 4 hours duration and carrying 100 marks each) in all the theoretical Honours papers at the end of the academic year.
