An Admission Board properly constituted supervises the process of admission of the students in different courses.

The Academic Sub Committee and the Examination Sub Committee clubbed together determine the norms to be followed  for conduct of academic courses and the examinations. A Routine Sub committee very carefully fixes the time frame catering to the needs of the students of all segments. The program Coordinator  assists the committee in the academic affairs.

A Teacher’s Council constituted as per the statute of Calcutta University consisting of all whole time permanent members of the teaching staff, assists the college administration by active participation in various academic and administrative functioning of the college. Governing Body publishes its own Journal entitled “Prospect”.

A  Counselling Cell comprising by the teachers functions to help the students to tide over difficulties that might hamper proper development of their personality. Modern life abounds with stress-provoking situations and young students often fall prey to them. They are not always able to successfully overcome these stressful situations. Under the circumstances, Governing Body renders mental support   and assistance to such students.

The grievances of the employees are normally looked into and settled by the Principal. Complaints of the students are resolved either by the principal himself or with the help of the teachers as required and according to the circumstances of case on merit basis. A Grievance Cell has been set up to address the complaints and grievances of both students and non-teaching staff.
